Supplier Management System/Inspection Process
Merrillchip's suppliers are formally selected and evaluated on an ongoing basis.
New suppliers must be selected after a careful evaluation survey and successful completion of Merrillchip's supplier application process.
Merrillchip's quality inspectors gain formal training to identify counterfeit and substandard products.
Based on years of experience in quality assurance and counterfeit prevention testing, our inspection process includes a detailed inspection of the external packaging of the components.
