China Resources Microelectronics Limited (CR Microelectronics) is an industrial company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with its main businesses including wafer foundry, IC design, IC testing and packaging, and discrete device manufacturing. As of March 8, 2020, China Resources Microelectronics is the only semiconductor company among the top ten companies in the semiconductor industry in mainland China that possesses the integrated operation capability of the whole industry chain, including chip design, wafer manufacturing and packaging and testing.
