NP2F1281 is a line array phased TOF depth sensor chip with 128*1 resolution, featuring high accuracy, low power consumption, and on-chip integrated temperature compensation, which can be applied to scenarios such as floor sweeping robots and service robots.
QVGA(320*240) phased TOF chip NP2F3202
NP2F3202 is a phase type TOF depth sensor chip with QVGA (320*240) resolution, featuring high accuracy and low power consumption. The chip integrates temperature sensor, modulated light source signal generator, ADC, high speed clock, MIPI interface and other modules inside the chip, and adopts global exposure, supports high modulation frequency, high frame rate and multi-frequency and multi-integration time operation, which can be applied to 3D face recognition, machine vision, industrial field, robotics and other scenarios.
HQVGA (240*180) phased TOF chip NP2F2401
NP2F2401 is a phase type TOF depth sensor chip with HQVGA (240*180) resolution, featuring high precision and low power consumption. The chip integrates temperature sensor, modulated light source signal generator, ADC, high speed clock, MIPI interface, etc. It also adopts global exposure, supports high modulation frequency, high frame rate and multi-frequency multi-integration time operation, and can be applied to cell phone, tablet, smart home, AR/VR and other scenarios.
120*90 phase type TOF image sensor NP2F1201
NP2F1201 is a phase-based TOF depth sensor with 120*90 resolution, featuring high accuracy, low power consumption and temperature compensation function. With global exposure, support for high frame rate and multi-frequency operation, the chip is suitable for cell phones, tablets, projectors, gesture recognition, smart home and other scenarios.
