Smart sweeping robots are new floor and carpet cleaning appliances designed for modern home environments, using rechargeable batteries as a power source and combining cleaning and vacuuming functions. The basic architecture of a sweeper robot usually includes a central processor, power/battery management unit, battery charger, wireless communication module, human-machine interface, sensors and drive modules (brush and brushless motors).
